Joe Podegracz graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a BS degree in the field of Civil Engineering. Previous employment has given Joe a wide skill set and an experience working for city agencies, the state of California, local surveyors, construction, and for a large national Civil Engineering Consulting firm.
